2016 Moores Hill Pinot Noir

Semi translucent bright dark red colour with a light crimson hue. Nosing reveals red cherry, violet and light strawberry scents intermixed with a subtle meatiness and spicy cedar. Light in body and elegant, supple red cherry and strawberry flavours caress the palate over vanillin cedar, some meatiness and spice. Slightly dryish finish with finely grained tannins and bright acidity. Aftertaste of spice, ripe red cherries, strawberries and lightly dusted cedar.
Cellar 4-5 years.
