2016 Mister Wolf Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark red colour with a slight tinge of black to the edges and a light crimson red hue. Fragrant aromas of ripe red cherries and strawberries tinged with a hint of violets evolve from the glass followed by some anise, spicy cedar and light dried herbs. Light in body with a fresh supple feel the palate possesses a savoury flavour profile of ripe cherries and strawberries over lightly toasted cedar, faint anise and spicy dried herbs. Finishes with bright acidity, finely grained tannins and an aftertaste of spicy red cherries, strawberries, subtle anise, toasty cedar and light dried herb infusions. A delicious everyday quaffing Pinot.
