2016 MadFish Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark cherry red colour with a light red hue. The nose displays ripe cherry and strawberry aromas with notes of dried herbs and light spicy cedar also present. Supple and round in the mouth the palate is filled with ripe red and dark cherry flavours along with some strawberry over a back drop of earthy anise and spice. Soft fine grained tannins with balanced acidity. Aftertaste of ripe cherries, strawberries, subtle anise, earthy cedar and spice.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
