Brilliant very pale straw colour with tinges of green around the edges and a watery hue. Nosing reveals floral top notes which are followed by some pears, light honeysuckle and spice. Light and fresh but with a fullish textural feel and very dry finish the palate has flavours of pears, dried apples, a light nuttiness and spice. Clean dry finish with fresh acidity. Aftertaste of spiced pears, dried apples and some nuttiness.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
