2016 Lethbridge Pinot Noir

Deep dark red core with black tinged edges and a dark red hue. Fragrant ripe dark cherry aromas are laced with anise and hints of violets followed by earthy clove like notes and spice. Medium bodied with good richness, flavours of dark cherries and anise are overlaid by dried clove and fresh herb characters. Some earth is also present finishing quite spicy with drying tannins, bright acidity and a medium length aftertaste.
