2016 Lethbridge Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with a subtle glimmer of green around the edges and a watery hue. White peach and nectarine aromas meld into some dried honey and a faint whiff of lemon butter followed by cashew and spice. Medium weight with creamy elegance to the texture yet quite vibrant of the finish the palate is generously flavoured with white peach and dried honey flavours which sit over cashew, biscuity nougat and spice. Clean dry finish with a long aftertaste of white peach, dried honey, cashew, biscuity nougat and spice.
Cellar 3-4 years.
