2016 La Vis Simboli Pinot Grigio

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a faint tinge of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Subtle aromas of fresh pear, green apple and citrus are followed by stony mineral end notes. Fresh pear, apple and citrus flavours tread elegantly across the palate underscored by traces of stony mineral characters. Finishes dry and crisp with an aftertaste of pears, crunchy apples, citrus and light mineral.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
