2016 Jim Barry Single Vineyard Riesling

Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the outskirts. Sniffing provides distinct lime top notes intermixed with citrus and orange rind followed by hints of green apple and talc. Racy acidity drives the palate with lime and green apple flavours over a flinty mineral infused finish. Crisp and dry with an aftertaste of lime, green apple, lemon and flinty mineral.
