2016 Jean-Marc Brocard Chablis

Bright straw colour with a watery hue. Pronounced ripe pear, citrus and dried honey aromatics sit over a background of light biscuit and distinct slate. Quite full and round in the mouth, flavours of pears and citrus subtlety laced with dried honey characters are followed by wet stone and a light minerality. Finishes dry with good length and balanced acidity. Aftertaste of pears, citrus, dried honey, slate and traces of mineral.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
