Aged in 100% French oak barriques. Brilliant pale straw colour with a slight tint of green to the edgings and a watery hue. Lifted white peach and fresh nectarine aromas infused with funky struck match stick characters intermingle with hints of dried honey, biscuity oak and spice. Medium bodied with a faint creaminess to the otherwise fresh feel, the palate has elegant flavours of white peaches and citrus infused with a combination of flinty matchstick characters, traces of dried honey and lightly toasted biscuity oak. Finishes dry, fresh and minerally. Aftertaste of delicate white peaches, citrus, flinty mineral, faint dried honey and lightly toasted biscuity oak.
Cellar 3-4 years.
Alc 13.4%
