2016 Inama Vigneti di Carbonare Soave Classico

Bright pale straw colour with a glimmer of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Aromas of spiced pears intermix with ripe citrus, hints of green apple, stony characters and light fresh herb infusions. Light and taut but texturally round in the mouth, the palate possesses lively flavours of pears, citrus and subtle dried honey characters over quince and a light stoniness. Finishes quite dry with fresh acidity. Aftertaste of spiced pears, quince, faint dried honey and stony mineral characters.
