2016 In Dreams Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with a faint greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Aromas of white peaches and ripe nectarines are overlaid by dried honey characters with subtle cashew, gunflint and nougat notes following on. Medium bodied and tinged with freshness the palate has loads of ripe peach and dried honey flavours which sit over subtle notions of gun flint, light cashew and citrusy nougat. Finishes dry with vibrant, perfectly balanced acidity and a medium to long aftertaste of fleshy peaches and dried honey subtlety laced with gun flint, cashew and light nougat.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
