2016 Hirsch Hill Estate Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with highlights of green to the outskirts and a watery hue. Blossoming from the glass are fresh nectarine, dried honey and citrus aromas trailed by light nougat and spice notes. Medium bodied with a round, elegant feel the palate is decorated with nectarine, dried honey and citrus fruits which meld into subtly toasted oak, nougat and a dash of spice. Excellent intensity of flavour finishing fresh with a long lightly creamed aftertaste.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
