Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish highlights around the outskirts and a watery hue. Lifted lime and citrus top note aromas merge into some green apple with talc and mineral following on. Concentrated front palate flavours of juicy lime and citrus are shaded by hints of tangy orange over some talc and flinty mineral infusions. Dry finish with a fullish mouthfeel and crisp acidity. Long aftertaste of juicy lime, citrus, tangy orange infusions and flinty mineral.
