2016 Helm Classic Dry Riesling

Brilliant pale straw colour with a distinctive greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Lime and green apple top notes are pursued by some citrus and spice. Nicely textured the palate sports a flavour profile of ripe limes, green apple and citrusy mineral infusions with a touch of spice on the dry finish. Good crisp acidity with an aftertaste of limes, green apples and spicy citrusy mineral.
