Pitch black core with a very deep dark red black hue. Elevated ripe blackberry and liquorice aromas infused with fennel are trailed by smoky cedar and spicy pepper notes. Dense, rich and sumptuous blackberry, liquorice and black cherry fruits overlay a smoky oak back oak back drop with some fennel, dried meats and blackpepper also evident. Opulently textured with smooth velvet like tannins and a long powerful aftertaste.
