2016 Forbes & Forbes Riesling

Brilliant pale straw colour with a light tinge of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Lifted aromas of lime and citrus intermingle with some mandarin, green apple and talcy mineral notes. Zippy lemon and lime flavours are interspersed across the palate with mandarin infusions also present. Finishes dry with crisp acidity and flinty mineral characters. Aftertaste of lemon, lime, mandarin and flinty mineral.
Cellar 5-6 years.
