2016 Escarpment Gris Pinot Gris

Bright straw colour with a watery hue. Lifted ripe red apple and pear aromas overlaid with honeysuckle are trailed by some quince and light spice notes. Rich pear, red apple and quince flavours are quite mouthfilling yet the palate finishes with resounding freshness. Subtle honeysuckle and spice characters are also evident. Dry conclusion with vibrant acidity and a medium length aftertaste.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
