2016 Dead Duck Yarra Valley Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark red colour with a light red hue. Nosing reveals ripe dark cherry aromas as the dominate scent with hints of plum, vanillin cedar and spice also evident. Simple with a supple round mouthfeel, flavours of ripe dark and Morello cherries sit over light earthy cedar and spice. Velvet smooth tannins. Aftertaste of ripe dark and Morello cherries, subtle earth and spicy cedar.
