Other Reviews….
The grenache came from two vineyards in Blewitt Springs, the shiraz and mourvedre from Willunga. Some whole bunches were included in the various ferment batches over 22 days, and the wine was pressed to French oak (30% new). Sassy grenache rules the roost with its vibrant mix of cherry, pomegranate and rhubarb. 250 dozen made. Drink by 2031.
