2016 Clarence House Estate Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant water like colour with a greenish tinge to the outskirts. Intense herbaceous gooseberry aromas intermix with grassy asparagus characters, citrus, light pencil shavings and spice. Texturally rounded yet fresh the palate features concentrated flavours of gooseberries laced with herbaceous grassy characters and asparagus. Some citrus, pencil shavings and spice take form on the dry finish. Vibrant acidity with a long herbaceous gooseberry, grassy asparagus and spicy pencil shaving aftertaste.
