2016 Chateau Belle Coline

Midnight black core with a deep dark red black hue. Earthy ripe blackcurrant aromas mix with new leather, black olive and cigar box notes. Medium bodied, earthy and elegant, the palate sports a flavour profile of blackcurrant along with flashes of liquorice over earthy leather, cigar box and spicy black olive characters. Slightly dryish finish with a sturdy tannin structure lending some grip. Scorched earth laced medium length aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
