2016 Chalk Hill Luna Cabernet Sauvignon

Totally opaque black dark red core with a deep dark red hue. Lifted ripe blackcurrant and choc mint aromas are overlaid by prominent vanillin oak with some spice end notes. Rich and plush in its mouthfeel the palate sees ripe blackcurrant flavours dominate over choc mint, cedary tobacco characters and spice. Slightly grippy tannins on the finish with an aftertaste of ripe blackcurrant, choc mint, spicy vanillin oak and traces of tobacco.
