Produced from Grenache bush vines planted in the mid 1960’s. Translucent light salmon pink colour. Nosing reveals raspberry top notes with strawberry and cranberry juice scents also evident followed by faint spice end notes. Light and fresh with an elegant rounded textural feel the palate is delicately flavoured with red fruit flavours of raspberries and cranberries over subtle wet stone and mineral nuances. Dry finish with fresh acidity and an aftertaste of raspberries, cranberries, wet stone and mineral.
