2016 Bream Creek Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a faint greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Herbaceous grassy top notes merge with gooseberries and asparagus over some citrus and a hint of capsicum. Ripe gooseberry and citrus flavours fill the palate with infusions of asparagus, herbaceous grassy characters and dried herbs also evident. Nicely textured with a dry finish and fresh acidity. Long aftertaste of herbaceous gooseberries, citrus, grassy asparagus characters and dried herbs.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
