2016 Bent Creek Piccadilly Valley Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. The nose exhibits passionfruit and zesty citrus top notes over green apple and some subtle herbaceous end notes. Refreshing tropical fruit and citrus flavours overlay some light herbaceous characters and mineral. Clean crisp finish with an aftertaste of tropical fruits, a light herbaceousness and citrusy mineral.
