2016 Ad Hoc Hen & Chicken Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Nosing reveals scents of delicate white peaches and nectarines married to some dried honey with light citrusy nougat end notes. Medium bodied, elegantly textured and fresh the palate features a combination of peach, nectarine and apricot fruits over some dried honey and lightly spiced cashew infusions. There’s a subtle creaminess to the mouthfeel and the finish is dry and vibrant. Aftertaste of peaches, nectarines and apricots draped in dried honey with some spicy cashew also present.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
