Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the outskirts. Pronounced passionfruit and tropical fruit aromas jump from the glass with green apple and citrus also present. Passionfruit and tropical fruit flavours dominate over some green apple and citrusy mineral infusions. Finishes with crisp acidity and a long ripe passionfruit, tropical fruit and citrusy mineral aftertaste. A simple but very flavoursome Sauvignon Blanc at the riper end of the fruit spectrum.
