2015 Yujo Shiraz

Matured in new and used French oak for 12 months. Very deep dark red black colour with a dark brick red hue. Liquorice and dark plum aromas stem from the glass with vanillin cedar, subtle scorched earth and spicy leather notes ensuing. Rich plush mouthfeel with opulent anise, liquorice and dark plum flavours presiding over vanillin cedar, earth and spice. Velvet smooth tannins, good depth and a long aftertaste.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
