2015 Yalumba Paradox Shiraz

Totally opaque black red colour with a dark red black tinged hue. Elevated liquorice, blackberry and dark plum aromas sit over spicy vanillin cedar and hints of pepper. Lavish ripe blackberry and liquorice flavours merge into some dark plum with an undercarriage of smoky vanillin cedar, traces of fennel and pepper. Plush, velvety mouthfeel with silky smooth tannins. Excellent depth with a lengthy finish of spicy blackberries, liquorice, dark plums, lightly smoked vanillin cedar, fennel and pepper.
