Founded by William Fevre in 1957 the domaine has grown to now become one of the biggest land owners in Chablis with 78 hectares of prestigious vineyards, of which 15.9 hectares are classified as Premiers Crus and 15.2 as Grand Crus. The Petit Chablis was matured in stainless steel vats for a period of 8-10 months to preserve freshness.

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a glimmer of green around the edges and a watery hue. Scented pear, citrus and hints of green apple are overlaid by wet stone and flinty mineral aromas. Light weight with a slatey mouthfeel the palate possesses flavours of pear and citrus infused with wet stone and flinty mineral characters followed by some fresh herb nuances on the dry finish. Good fresh acidity with an aftertaste of pear, citrus, fresh herbs, wet stone and flinty mineral.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
Alc 12%
