2015 Wignalls Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark red colour with a light red hue. Nosing offers up aromas of spicy red to dark cherries, hints of strawberry, subtle dried herbs and delicate meaty cedar characters. Light to medium weight with a supple mouthfeel and good richness the palate dishes up flavours of ripe cherries, strawberries, some anise, meaty cedar characters and dried herbs. Spicy finish with fine grained tannins and an aftertaste of spicy dark cherries, traces of strawberries, meaty cedar and dried herbs.
Cellar 4-5 years.
