2015 Warramate Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark red colour with a bright dark crimson red hue. Scented aromas of violets interlock with dark cherries, strawberries and subtle anise followed by dried meats and spicy cedar. Light in body the palate has a deliciously savoury flavour profile of dark cherries and strawberries laced with subtle anise overtones. Earthy cedar, dried meats and spice ensuing on the back palate. Slightly dryish finish but otherwise very supple in the mouth with finely grained tannins. Medium to long aftertaste of spicy dark cherries, strawberries, subtle anise, dried meats and earthy cedar.
Cellar 5-6 years.
