A rich, powerful Clare Valley Shiraz that possesses a statuesque structure.

Outstanding colour displaying an inky black core with a deep dark red black hue. Ripe black cherry, blackberry and liquorice scents waft from the glass overlaying toasty vanillin cedar, subtle scorched earth notes and blackpepper. Boasting outstanding concentration and richness the palate is saturated with ripe black cherry and aniseed flavours. Ripe blackberries also chime in followed by scorched earth, spicy cedar and a very peppery finish. Firm statuesque tannins give the otherwise opulently textured wine a meaty mouthfeel. Long powerful conclusion of peppery ripe black cherries, blackberries, liquorice, scorched earth, dried meats and spicy cedar.
