2015 Totara Pinot Noir

Semi translucent bright dark red colour with a crimson hue. Fragrant scents of crunchy red cherries and strawberries overlaid by dried herbs are followed by stalky cedar notes. Light and savoury the palate has flavours of red cherries and strawberries over subtle herb infusions and spicy cedar. Finishes dry with good freshness and finely grained tannins. Aftertaste of crunchy red cherries, strawberries and spicy cedar.
