2015 Tim Smith Bugalugs Shiraz

Opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Pronounced dark plum and liquorice aromas are smothered by smoky clove characters followed by some meatiness with pepper end notes. Rich and spicy with a juicy mouthfeel the palate boasts generous flavours of dark plum and liquorice infused with spicy clove over a background of vanillin cedar, a subtle meatiness and a spicy peppered finish. Supple and succulent with perfectly integrated satiny tannins. Long spicy aftertaste of dark plum, liquorice, clove infusions, some meaty characters and pepper. Very savoury.
