2015 The Willows Vineyard Riesling

Bright pale straw colour with a faint greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Zesty lime and lemon aromas are followed by green apple with flinty mineral end notes. Austere and steely with a lean structured feel flavours of lemon and lime are wrapped around a steely core with crunchy green apple also present concluding with a crisp dry mineral infused finish. Aftertaste of lemon, lime, green apple and steely mineral.
