Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of peach, citrus and melon are overlaid by toasty oak with spicy end notes. Fruity ripe peach and tropical fruit flavours are dominate underscored by some subtle vanillin oak and spice. Clean dry finish with fresh acidity. Aftertaste of ripe peaches, tropical fruits, subtle vanillin oak and spice.
