Bright purple red colour with a crimson purple hue. Fruity aromas of freshly crushed dark raspberries and plum juice jump out of the glass with notes of cranberry juice and spice also present. Vibrant, freshly crushed raspberry and plum juice flavours intermixed with cranberries dominate the palate over a dry spicy finish. Bright crunchy acidity with an aftertaste of spicy raspberry, plum and cranberry juices. Almost like drinking a very full bodied Rose, but with more colour.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
