2015 The Collaborators Gippsland Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark red colour with a tinge of black around the edges and a bright dark red hue. A strong violet top note overlays ripe red cherry and plum aromas infused with fresh herbs and hints of spicy cedar. The fleshy palate possesses good richness with flavours of ripe strawberries and plum melding into some cedar and spice. Bright acidity and velvety tannins with an aftertaste of ripe strawberries, plum and spicy cedar.
