2015 Summerfield Cabernet Sauvignon

Excellent colour displaying a black as night core with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Elevated ripe blackcurrant and spearmint aromas overlay vanillin cedar, traces of earth and spice. Medium to full bodied, succulent blackcurrant fruit fills the mouth with nuances of dark chocolate and spearmint also apparent over earthy vanillin cedar and spice. Supple mouthfeel with grainy, slightly chewy tannins supporting the opulent fruit. Excellent length with a long rich blackcurrant, subtle choc mint, vanillin cedar, faint earth and spice aftertaste.
