2015 St Hallett Butcher's Cart Shiraz

Totally opaque black purple colour with a deep dark purple hue. Lifted dark plum and liquorice scents are followed by hints of blueberry and vanillin confectionary. Plushly textured this medium to full bodied wine dishes up juicy flavours of dark plums and liquorice over some ripe blueberries, vanillin oak and spice. Velvet like tannins with an aftertaste of dark plum, liquorice, ripe blueberry and spicy vanillin oak.
