2015 Squealing Pig Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a faint tinge of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Lifted herbaceous gooseberry top notes are followed by some citrus, grassy asparagus and light capsicum. Vibrant flavours of ripe gooseberries and citrus are overlaid by herbaceous asparagus like characters and touches of capsicum. Zesty acid finish with an aftertaste of ripe gooseberries, herbaceous asparagus, citrus and traces of capsicum.
