Semi translucent bright ruby red colour with a light crimson hue. The nose displays youthful scents of macerated cherries and raspberry followed by some meaty earth like characters and spice. Fresh, joosy palate flavours of macerated cherries and strawberries are dominate over a background of meaty characters and spicy earth. Soft very fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of macerated cherries, meaty earth like characters and spice. Drinks like a ripe Beaujolais.
