2015 Sevenhill Inigo Cabernet Sauvignon

Totally opaque black dark red core with a deep dark red hue. Top notes of blackcurrant infused with black olive overlay traces of mint, toasty vanillin cedar, earth and spice. Very rich the palate is filled with opulent blackcurrant fruit, lots of toasty cedar, earth and spicy black olives. Dry chewy tannins impart some grip on the back palate. Aftertaste of blackcurrant, toasty cedar, earth, black olives and spice.
Cellar 4-5 years.
