2015 Seabrook The Judge Riesling

Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges. Delicate lime and citrus notes intermix with some green apple followed by hints of talc. Light and refreshing the palate has an elegant flavour profile of lime juice, citrus and green apple over a backdrop of subtle talc and flinty mineral. Dry crisp finish with an aftertaste of lime juice, citrus, green apple and flinty mineral.
