2015 S.C. Pannell Dead End Tempranillo

Very deep dark red colour with black tinged edges and a dark red hue. On the nose scents of black cherries mingle with hints of liquorice, dried herbs, leather, earth and spice. Medium to full bodied with a real meatiness to the mouthfeel the palate is flooded rich black cherry flavours laced with liquorice over some earthy leather and spicy cedar. Solid yet fine grained tannins with a chewy finish. Long aftertaste of ripe black cherries, liquorice, earth and spice.
Cellar 3-4 years.
