2015 Roaring 40's Sauvignon Blanc

Bright straw colour with greenish highlights on the edges and a watery hue. Nosing reveals aromas of cut grass and herbaceous asparagus mixed in with some capsicum and fresh herb notes. The palate is full of herbaceous grassy characters with some citrus, capsicum and spice also present. Dry finish. Aftertaste of herbaceous grassy characters, asparagus, citrus and capsicum. A green herbaceous style of Sauvignon Blanc.
