2015 Redman Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon

Outstanding colour displaying an impenetrable inky black core with a very deep bright dark red black hue. Pronounced ripe blackcurrant aromas sit alongside a hint of liquorice with an undercard of subtle black olive, cedary tobacco characters and faint spicy bay leaf notes. Tightly built and unyielding the palate has flavours of blackcurrant and subtle inky liquorice followed by earthy black olives, cedary tobacco characters and spice. Dry finish with firm tannins and vibrant acidity keeping everything tight and compact. Aftertaste of blackcurrant, earthy bay leaf, black olives, cedary tobacco characters and spice.
Cellar 8-10 years.
