2015 Provenance Golden Plains Chardonnay

The fruit for this wine was sourced from vineyards located in Ballarat, Henty and Geelong. Brilliant pale straw green colour with a watery hue. Intense ripe peach aromas laced with dried honey are followed by some apricot, light butterscotch, cashew and nougat. Rich and textured the palate is filled with juicy ripe peach and apricot flavours which intermingle with dried honey, cashew and citrusy nougat. Despite its fullness and creamy like mouthfeel the wine finishes with good freshness. Long peach, apricot, dried honey, subtle cashew and citrusy nougat aftertaste.
